Hikvision UK & Ireland is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager in the B2C area to improve and increase the company’s presence on the consumer level. The Marketing Manager will sit within the Marketing Department and will be required to carry out tasks to help a variety of Hikvision brands to achieve key goals.
Key duties to include:
Leading the e-commerce/retail channel marketing activities including, planning, developing, executing accounts/channel marketing plans.
Working with the sales team and have an understanding of e-commerce accounts/channels and their needs by delivering value added marketing support
Attending customer marketing related meetings, negotiating plans and costs to maximize the company’s return on investment.
Cooperate with local, HQ and Western Europe team members to deliver excellent retail marketing campaigns collaborating with in-house design and communications team and external agencies
Development and on-going maintenance of training documentation, including sales and operations training
Create sophisticated PR and media relation’s campaigns to integrate with broader marketing and communication activity
Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns using a range of outbound and inbound marketing tactics like for example email marketing, social media, industry events and round table meetings
Any other tasks at the request of the Head of Marketing or wider business
Desired Skills & Experience:
Bechelor or higher degree in marketing
Experience within a broad marketing role - online and offline experience
Experience of managing a portfolio of products including understand of ‘go-to market’ planning, specifications and performance monitoring
Ability to work cross-culturally and adapt to different working practices and principles
Experience of planning and organising events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions
Strong knowledge of digital technologies, bid management tools and analytics packages
Experience of development, management and execution of communications through various media channels
In-depth understanding and appreciation of all communication disciplines, including internal communications and PR with proven track record of delivery and execution
Ability to understand the needs of business to business and business to consumer environment
Ability to liaise closely with partners and other departments and cope well under the pressure of tight deadlines on numerous projects
Strong project management and organisational skills
Strong business and market analysis skills
Excellent verbal and written marketing communication and presentation skills
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products
