We are looking for an organised, enthusiastic and friendly HR Specialist to join our ever expanding team in London.
HR administration (filing, managing HR database). Ensure key HR information is being maintained appropriately, e.g. immigration documents, recruitment records etc.
Recruitment support: screening CV, arranging interviews and aptitude testing
Issue contract and staff letters
Assist with the delivery of HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle such as on boarding, induction, probation meetings and exit interviews
Prepare and issue visa sponsorship and visa letters
Coordinate internal events such as staff engagement activities, team building events
Responsibility for effective and timely input into payroll
Process exceptional payments/bonus element.
Provision of support and advice to line managers on individual employee relation issues.
Support and advice on Discipline, Performance Improvement and Grievance Case Management (including attendance at final stage hearings as required).
Key skills required:
Human Resources: 2 Years
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fully competent in Microsoft word including; Excel, Word, and Outlook
Can-do attitude and willing to help others
An ability to prioritise, work under pressure and meet deadlines
Time management, planning, and organisational skills
Flexible and adaptable work ethic
Confident in communicating with team members at all levels
Start Date : ASAP
