The Role:

We are looking for an organised, enthusiastic and friendly HR Specialist to join our ever expanding team in London.


Responsibilities :

HR Operations:

  • HR administration (filing, managing HR database). Ensure key HR information is being maintained appropriately, e.g. immigration documents, recruitment records etc.

  • Recruitment support: screening CV, arranging interviews and aptitude testing

  • Issue contract and staff letters

  • Assist with the delivery of HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle such as on boarding, induction, probation meetings and exit interviews

  • Prepare and issue visa sponsorship and visa letters

  • Coordinate internal events such as staff engagement activities, team building events



  • Responsibility for effective and timely input into payroll

  • Process exceptional payments/bonus element.


Employee Relations:

  • Provision of support and advice to line managers on individual employee relation issues.

  • Support and advice on Discipline, Performance Improvement and Grievance Case Management (including attendance at final stage hearings as required).


Key skills required:

  • Human Resources: 2 Years

  • CIPD qualified

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Fully competent in Microsoft word including; Excel, Word, and Outlook

  • Can-do attitude and willing to help others

  • An ability to prioritise, work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Time management, planning, and organisational skills

  • Flexible and adaptable work ethic

  • Confident in communicating with team members at all levels



Start Date : ASAP

Salary : Competitive (Depends on experience) + competitive benefits + bonus.
