We are looking for a facility delivery manager with experience in office fitting/set up, the successful applicant will deliver operational management of the Facilities function for our existing office and new offices on a national level. Reporting directly into country MD.
Our HQ office will be undergoing major extension in 2018 and this role will be looking after the end-to-end office fitting project as well as provide and maintain a suitable working environment for all staff at current office space.
Hold responsibility for the planning, pricing, procurement and delivery of the new office extension and new offices
Ensure building & grounds meet Health & Safety requirements and comply with legislation
Provide facilities support at other Hikvision offices when required
Work collaboratively with the landlord to ensure local maintenance and upkeeps
Be responsible for local premises, working closely with third party suppliers
Respond to emergency situations or other urgent issues involving the facility.
Key skills required:
Previous Experience in delivery office fitting and facility setup projects in line with budget and deadlines
Strong understanding and experience of Facilities Management, maintenance, and facility-related topics, including health & safety
Cost management, procurement and negotiation skills with particular experience in the management of external contracts
Basic understanding of IT infrastructure arrangements
PC literate with good knowledge of MS Office including Excel Flexible and adaptable work ethic
Confident in communicating with team members at all levels
