Working for the UK&I Marketing Manager, as marketing/events specialist, based in our HQ in Uxbridge, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing company marketing events for Hikvision UK and Ireland.
Key duties to include:
Working within the Marketing department to achieve company goals
Management of all company events including regional roadshows, seminars and large scale exhibitions from concept through to completion
Working with the Senior Designer and external agencies to design exhibition stands and graphics suitable for demonstrating the Hikvision product portfolio
Coordinating pre-event marketing with the Head of Marketing
Managing customer invitations and the customer event database
Liaising with overseas offices to ensure key international personnel are attending large events and have the suitable paperwork and accommodation
Coordination of accommodation for Hikvision employees when attending events
Daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth function of all marketing tasks
Maintaining the company website with the latest news and events
Liaising with accounts to ensure supplier invoices are paid
Liaising with HQ to ensure centralised marketing materials are provided to the UK office
Any other ad-hoc duties required by the department
Conduit between Hikvision and key-marketing suppliers
Responsible for maintaining the Marketing collateral store & supporting the Business Development teams with these assets
Skills & knowledge required:
Strong IT skills including all Microsoft packages
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Well organised with excellent planning skills
Ability to use own initiative
Ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently
Excellent negotiation skills
Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
Experience in a similar marketing and/or events role. Experience in dealing with 3rd party suppliers, internal departments and partners.
